Exchange and Return

1. สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า (ยกเว้นสินค้าลดราคา 30% ขึ้นไป ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้)

2. สินค้าที่เปลี่ยนหรือคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์:

• กรณีเสื้อผ้า ยังไม่ผ่านการซัก และป้ายสินค้ายังติดอยู่
• กรณีรองเท้า ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งานนอกบ้าน
• กล่องหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมอยู่ครบ

3. มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการเปลี่ยนไซส์ 100 บาท

4. ทางเราขออภัยในการไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าที่เกิดความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี ยกเว้นในกรณีที่สินค้าเกิดความผิดพลาดจากทางแบรนด์

5. หากต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ติดต่อเราได้ที่ @madmatterstudio (มี @ ข้างหน้า)

 

1. Size exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt (excludes items 30% off or more).

2. Items must be unwashed, unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn outdoors.

3. Exchange fee: 100 THB.

4. We do not accept exchanges for damage from misuse.

Refund

เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบเมื่อได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ส่งคืนแล้ว หากอนุมัติคืนเงิน เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางที่ชำระเงินภายใน 30 วันทำการ (รอบบิลถัดไป หรือโอนผ่านบัญชีกรณีชำระด้วยวิธีอื่น) โปรดทราบว่า ธนาคารหรือบริษัทบัตรเครดิตอาจใช้เวลาประมวลผลเพิ่มเติมก่อนยอดจะปรากฏในบัญชีของคุณ

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days (next card cycle or bank transfer, depending on payment type). Please note, your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
