Exchange and Return
1. สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน หลังได้รับสินค้า
(ยกเว้นสินค้าที่มีส่วนลดตั้งแต่ 30% ขึ้นไป ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้)
2. สินค้าที่นำมาเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือคืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ โดยทางร้านรับเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนไซส์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นหรือสีอื่นได้ และสามารถดำเนินการได้เฉพาะภายในประเทศไทย
- เสื้อผ้า: ต้องไม่ผ่านการซัก และป้ายสินค้ายังคงติดอยู่
- รองเท้า: ต้องไม่ผ่านการใช้งานนอกบ้าน
- บรรจุภัณฑ์: กล่องและอุปกรณ์ประกอบต้องอยู่ครบถ้วนในสภาพเดิม
3. มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการเปลี่ยนไซส์ 100 บาท
4. ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า/ คืนเงินที่เกิดความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือกรณีไม่พึงพอใจในสินค้า ทั้งนี้ จะรับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีที่สินค้ามีข้อบกพร่องหรือความผิดพลาดจากทางแบรนด์เท่านั้น โดยต้องแจ้งภายใน 7 วัน หลังได้รับสินค้า และสามารถดำเนินการได้เฉพาะภายในประเทศไทย

Exchange and Return
1. Size exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
(Items discounted by 30% or more are not eligible for size exchanges.)
2. Items eligible for exchange or return must be in their original condition. We only accept size exchanges and do not allow exchanges for different styles or colors. Exchanges and returns are available within Thailand only.
- Clothing: Must be unwashed and have all original tags attached.
- Shoes: Must not have been worn outdoors.
- Packaging: The original box and all included accessories must be returned in their original condition.
3. Exchange fee: 100 THB.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange, return, or refund request for products damaged due to improper use or for reasons related to customer dissatisfaction. Exchanges, returns, or refunds will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue caused by the brand. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product and can only be processed within Thailand.

Refund
เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบเมื่อได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ส่งคืนแล้ว หากอนุมัติคืนเงิน เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางที่ชำระเงินภายใน 30 วันทำการ (รอบบิลถัดไป หรือโอนผ่านบัญชีกรณีชำระด้วยวิธีอื่น) โปรดทราบว่า ธนาคารหรือบริษัทบัตรเครดิตอาจใช้เวลาประมวลผลเพิ่มเติมก่อนยอดจะปรากฏในบัญชีของคุณ
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days (next card cycle or bank transfer, depending on payment type). Please note, your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
